Drinks only Bottled drinks with a seals intact boiled filtered water or the water has been treated with iodine Tea or coffee will safe it is boiled water first.

Pay particular attention to personal hygiene with frequently washing of hands essentially before eating.

The hygiene of those you come into contact with is obviously harder to control.
Avoid very spicy food if you’re unused to it.

In the case of a persistent stomach upset ensure that you keep the body hydrated. Drink plenty of fluid preferably including are hydration mixture, such as the locality available jeevan jal of Gatorade and seek medical advice is the symptoms persist.
